Al Anaam Return and Exchange Policy
At Al Anaam, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality of fresh, chilled, and frozen meats. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and exchange policy:
1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:
Customers may return or exchange any meat product within 24 hours of purchase if it does not meet the expected quality standards.
The return or exchange applies to all our fresh, chilled, and frozen meats, including sheep, cows, camels, turkey, and chicken products.
2. Conditions for Returns or Exchanges:
The product must be in its original condition (same temperature) and packaging.
Any item that has been partially consumed or is not in its original state (same temperature), may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
Visit any of our butcher shops located across Qatar, where our staff will assist you with your return or exchange.
For home delivery orders, please contact our hotline at +974 50375555 or reach us through our app, and we will arrange a pick-up or replacement.
4. Refunds:
For returns, refunds will be processed using the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or cash) within 7 business days.
In the case of defective or incorrect items, the delivery charge will also be refunded.
5. Exclusions:
Customized cuts or special orders based on specific customer preferences (e.g., fat content or thickness) are non-returnable unless they do not meet agreed specifications.
Imported chilled or frozen products are not returnable due to health and safety regulations, unless there is a proven defect or quality issue.
